ACCREDITED BUYER REPRESENTATIVE Course

ABR Counts as 15 Hrs.
Real Estate Continuing Education Credit or 15 Hr. Broker Pre-Licensing Credit

 

N.A.R. Realtors Buyer Agent designation ABR accreditation requires an additional 6 hour elective course such as New Home Sales, Investing in Real Estate, Mastering the CMA, Green Day 1, Green Day 2, E-Pro, Intro to Commercial

Course Title: EFFECTIVE BUYER REPRESENTATION

Day1: "Theory & Practice of Buyer Agency" & "Service Delivery"
Day 2: "Marketing Practices" & "Office Policy, Negotiations and Relocations"
Day 3: "Elective course" Foreclosure Opportunities/Short Sales, New Home Construction,
Investing in Real Estate, Mastering the CMA, Green Day1, Green Day 2, E-Pro

Each elective class may be taken individually for $75.00 pre-paid or $80.00 walk-in.

This class is approved by REBAC (Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council) and fulfills the educational requirements for the ABR designation.
