Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

Education: 300 hours of approved pre-licensure appraiser education and a bachelor degree or higher from an accredited college or university. The college or university must be a degree-granting institution accredited by the Commision on Colleges, a national or regional accreditation association, or by an accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Secretarty of Educaion.
Experience Required: 3,000 hours of experience including at least 1,500 hours of non-residential experience over at least 30 months
Exam: 2008 AQB exam

This course is designed to prepare an appraiser for State Licensed, Certified Residential and Certified General examination for the State of Michigan. This course counts as 20 hours of Pre-License for Residential Certified as well as 18 hours of Appraisal continuing education for all level appraisal licenses.
