Introduction to Home Inspection course Tuition: $625.00 plus $60.00 materials Pre-paid $635.00 plus $60.00 materials for Walk-ins This course is designed to instruct students on how to become a home inspector. This course will teach the students how to inspect the residential property for all of the major components of a hourse, including identify roof styles, determine the normal life expe tancies of the roofs, furnaces, water heaters, etc as well as how to estimate the costs of replacing such items. This course will also teach the students on how to start their own Home inspection business.
Advanced Home Inspection course Tuition: $495.00 includes materials Pre-paid $500.00 includes materials Walk-ins Prerequisite: "Introduction to Home Inspections" This course is designed for individuals who want to further their knowledge of the home inspection industry with a more in depth study of the major components of a house. Because of the rapid changes in technology and federal legislation surrounding the home inspection industry, continuing education is critical to the success of a home inspector. A licensed master craft person will answer questions and address code for each session.
